1 -  4 Residential Contract & Third Party Addendum - 2 hours

The objective of this course is to help make the Selling Agent and the Listing Agent duties easier and smoother. There will be emphasis on the new changes to the contract as well as how to fill out the Third Party Addendum. This training will clearing show a Selling Agent what should be inputted into the contract and what the Listing Agent should look for. This will cut down on time wasted going back and forth because critical information is missing on the contract.
